Orders placed on our website will ship via USPS unless other arrangments have been made prior to placing an order. An automated shipping notification and tracking number will be sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
Any carrier delivery estimates are based from the date your products actually ship. We strive for 1-2 day turnaround for shipping all orders. Being a small business, this is not always possible. Thank you for your patience.
International orders are only guaranteed to arrive at the first customs location outside of the US. We will not be held responsible for any packages after they have been received by customs in a country outside of the Unites States.

WeatherFlow items will bear a 3 year warranty. If you are beyond the 3 year term, please contact us and we will attempt to make you whole.
Our refund period is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should first send an email to email@example.com You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
